Combining documentary, poetic, and expanded cinema approaches, this time-based work reflects on how the built environment is structurally apportioned and perceived within the urban landscape. The video interweaves these reflections with scenes filmed around the periphery of the Singapore Sports Hub, captured in 2013 when the site was still under construction.
